Collection and disclosure of information:

Using the Google +1 button, you can publish information worldwide. Through the Google+1 button you, and other users, will receive personalized information from Google and our partners. Google will store both the information you have given for a content +1, as well as information on the page that you viewed when you clicked +1. Your +1 can be used as evidence and will appear on the internet, along with your name and profile photo, on Google services such as in search results, in your Google profile or elsewhere in websites and ads.

To use the Google +1 button, you require a globally visible, public Google profile which contains at least your chosen profile name. This name is used in all Google services.
