nymoen|strategieberatung gmbh supported Deutsche Energiesysteme GmbH (D.En.S.) in the product development of the ælectra® surface heating system. At the end of last year, a creative project team came together to make the panel heating system fit for use on the German contracting market. With the ælectra® surface heating system, D.En.S. offers a system for the replacement of old night storage heaters in the real estate sector that is particularly impressive due to its innovative character, simple installation and high degree of efficiency. The system is an electric panel heating system that can be integrated into walls and ceilings like a painter's tile without great installation effort. This makes the system particularly suitable for use in existing buildings. In addition to replacing night storage heaters, electric panel heating is also suitable for replacing individual heaters such as old coal stoves. Independent partners of D.En.S have proven energy saving potentials of up to 55 percent. The market potential for using the ælectra® surface heating system is considerable. Together with D.En.S., nymoen|strategieberatung has developed its own contracting model to serve this potential with suitable sales solutions. The contracting model creates a maximum of flexibility for the user. The aim is to create a "win-win-win-win situation" that is beneficial for tenants and landlords on the one hand and for the energy supplier and the environment on the other. The first fruits of this success are evident in the interest shown by GETEC Contracting GmbH from Osnabrück, which would like to take up the system as a supplement to its existing contracting services and become an implementation partner. The first pilot projects with housing companies are currently underway. If these are successful, GETEC Contracting GmbH intends to start the rollout and bring the system to market on a larger scale.
