con|energy joins European association for charging infrastructure

With effect from 01.12.2021, con|energy ag has become a member of ChargeUp Europe.
ChargeUp Europe is the industry association of the charging infrastructure sector and is committed to the rapid and customer-oriented expansion of charging options for electric vehicles. con|energy can contribute its expertise as an early adopter of electromobility and thus more than 13 years of experience from this development field.
In order to promote electromobility as the key to a sustainable energy world, the association believes that price transparency, real-time data exchange, and interoperability of authentication and payment systems are an important requirement. Investments in infrastructure demand a non-discriminatory regulatory framework and an open market model, as well as, last but not least, appropriate support programs. In addition, ChargeUp Europe is committed to uniform standards and data protection.
In order to assess these issues in well-founded and to implement forward-looking projects, ChargeUp Europe will in future be able to draw on con|energy's strong network in the energy industry, which has evolved from 25 years of consulting business. con|energy also brings two relevant and strong communication channels: the media house "energate" and the leading trade fair "E-world energy & water".
