International exchange at E-world

The importance of international exchange in times of crisis was demonstrated during E-world from June 21 - 23, 2022.

Worldwide supply chain shortages and the current turbulence on the gas market resulted in the re-popularization of buzzwords such as deglobalization and reshoring. Nations want to become energy self-sufficient, reduce dependencies, and strengthen the domestic economy. Despite all these efforts, one thing remains incontrovertible: we are a global society that must tackle global as well as regional problems not in isolation, but together. The importance of international exchange for this was shown impressively at E-world from June 21 - 23, 2022: About one third of the exhibiting companies have their headquarters abroad and almost half of the exhibitors established or maintained foreign contacts at the trade fair. The proportion of visitors from abroad was also high with about one fourth.

In addition to the increased internationalization of the trade fair, the high number of new exhibitors (26.7%), especially from the IT sector, also illustrates the increasing networking of various sectors and branches of industry and the need for innovative solutions. E-world thus once again proved its role as a link that brings together the energy industry and related sectors and promotes international exchange.

Use the opportunity for exchange until the next E-world from May 23 - 25, 2023 and network in the E-world Community - nationally and internationally.
