More qualification is not possible - con|energy akademie graduates convince at universities

23.01.2019

Graduates of the con|energy akademie from seven different locations passed a university examination in 2018.

A total of 41 employees from companies in the energy industry successfully used the opportunity to crown their professional education program as certified energy industry managers and energy sales managers with a university certificate. This is made possible because of the close cooperation of the con|energy akademie with the University of Mannheim as well as the Karlsruhe University of Applied Sciences and the University of Applied Sciences for Economics & Management (FOM).

Due to its high complexity and dynamic development, the energy sector requires ever new competencies and sound specialist knowledge. Further training is the ideal way to develop as a company and to motivate your own specialists - because corporate success depends largely on the personal success of the employees. This is where the con|energy akademie comes in with its offer.

The energy industry manager offers a comprehensive overview of the energy industry on a part-time basis. Experts with many years of practical experience in the industry impart their knowledge in an understandable and application-oriented manner. The course size of a maximum of 16 participants allows the instructors to respond individually to the needs and questions of the participants.

At the end of the course, graduates receive a certificate from the con|energy akademie, BDEW and the IHK, Chamber of Industry and Commerce. "The optional university examination is the ideal addition to our range of courses. Being able to present a university diploma has a career-promoting effect and offers real added value on the job market", says Stefanie Hamm, Managing Director of the con|energy akademie. "The very good grade point average of 1.9 from our graduates confirms our quality standards and makes us proud."

In 2019 there will therefore be further training courses throughout Germany again. The first courses start in March and April. Locations include Essen, Leipzig, Hamburg, Stuttgart and Berlin.
